Inbox "Unsupported Message Type"

If there is a message that doesn't show out or displays [Unsupported Message Type] in the Inbox or Inbox Lite module, it may be one of the message type below:

  1. Poll messages

  2. View once messages

  3. Location messages

  4. Disappearing messages (Disappearing messages timer will be force turned off when your customer turned this function on the text you.)

  5. API-generated messages, e.g. authentication codes generated by APIs

Kindly note that we are unable to receive the message types stated via WA API and we do not know what the contact sent as Meta only sent us [Unsupported Message Type].
