Our Product module makes it easier for you to keep track of your product and a client's purchase.
Another feature that we have is, when you create your product, you can add in the usage duration. Usage duration is the time span in which your product may be accessed or used.
If you have added the usage duration, you will receive an email informing you that the usage is about to expire when the usage duration has ended. In this manner, you can reengage the client for a renewal or purchase of a new product.
The image below shows our product module page. Here, you can view all your products together with the total sales along with the attached image.
When your contact purchases the product, do make sure to log it via the Purchase button.
Step 1: Click the Create button.
Step 2: Fill in the relevant information.
If you have any images or attachments about your product, you can add them.
Step 3: Ready to add your product? If you are ready, click on Submit Product.
Step 1: Click on the Edit product which is symbolised by a pencil icon in the Actions column.
Step 2: Fill in the details.
Step 3: Click on Save Changes.
Step 1: Click on the red trash can icon in the Actions Column.
Step 2: If you are sure that you want to delete the product, click on Delete. If not, click on Close or on the X icon on the top corner right of the prompt.
In order to add purchase for a product, click on the Purchase button and a purchase pop up will appear. Select your contact name and fill in the quantity purchased, date of purchase and if you have any remark to write, do include them. After you have filled up the details, select the Confirm button and your contact's purchase has been added.
Step 1: Click on the Log Purchase which is symbolised by a shopping cart icon.
Step 2: Edit the details as needed.
Step 3: Click on Confirm.
Want to track who has bought the product? It's simple, just click on the View Product which is the eye icon in the Action column.
At the top section, you will be able to view the details about the product which includes, the product image, price, commission, usage duration, create date, short description, long description and attachment if available.
The below section will show the product log which is how many quantity and who are the contacts that have purchased the product. It will also show if the product purchased by the contact had discount or any remark. The product log will show the most latest purchase date to the later purchase date.
Step 1: Click on the Edit Purchase Log.
Step 2: Edit the purchase details as needed.
Step 3: Click on Confirm.
To delete a specific purchase log, click on the trash can icon in the Action column.
Upon clicking on it, you will be able to view a prompt as below. Click on OK if you are sure that you want to delete the purchase log. If you have decided to not delete the purchase log, click on Cancel.
If you have a file attached to the product, you will be able to see a paper clip icon in the Action column and it is to view the attachment. When you click on the icon, it should auto download the attachment then you may click on the downloaded file to view on the attachment.
