Automation

Introduction

Automating means using technology to carry out tasks with less help from humans and that is exactly what our Automation module can help you to accomplish.

Both admin and user will only have one component which is automation flow builder. As you have noticed, there are two colors for the automation. Red means the automation is disable while green means the automation is active and running.

Creating An Automation

Creating or setting up the automation is very easy. Feel free to create as many automation as needed.

Save Automation will only save the automation but it will not activate the automation.

Activate Automation will save the automation and activate the automation.

Disable an Actived Automation

Step 1: Click on the automation.

Step 2: Click on the Disable Automation.

Edit Automation

If you edit an activated automation, the automation will still be activated after clicking on Save Automation so you do not need to activate it again.

Delete Automation

Step 1: Click on the three dots of the automation.

Step 2: Click on the three dots of the automation.

Step 3: Click on OK for the confirmation pop-up.
