Action Plan

Introduction

With our Action Plan, you can view the reminders for you to engage with your client.

Action Plan

Action plan is a list of reminder for you to interact or engage with your client. The action plan is generated by our system prompting according to the contact type.

These are prompt based on the contact category and contact type. Thus you are unable to manually add the action plan.

When you click on your profile picture, you will be able to view the list of Action Plan.

When you click on a Action Plan, you will be able to perform one of the 3 actions

Action 1 : Log touchpoint

Action 2 : Create/Move Deal in Pipeline

You can create the deal with the contact linked at the board and stage that you have selected.

If you want to move an existing deal, select the board and stage which the deal is in. If the deal is found, then and only then will you be able to choose the board and stage that you wish to move the deal to.

Action 3 : Update Contact Info

You can update the contact's type to be either LEAD or CLIENT and contact's category to be either Hot, Warm, Cool or Cold.
