I am a user but why I am not able to see the contact list created by my organisation admin?

You will have to inform your organisation admin to assign you as a role that has the access to the contact list. For more info about how to set up a user role, click here.

As an admin, if I remove a user, will the data of the member remain in Strive or will be deleted?

The user's data will still be under the user unless the user deleted their account.

What happened to the user's contact and pipeline data if the user is deleted?

The user's contact owner will change to unassigned and pipeline data will be cleared.

Will it be possible to add the team member who is a contact as a user in my organisation?

Yes, as there is no relation between the contact and user. Thus, the team member can still be added into your organisation.

I am unable to import contact/The contact list of imported contact is incorrect

Option 1: Do make sure to use our Strive Template to import your contact Option 2: Do make sure the informations are in the correct column

Does Strive has a function to view the amount of recipient and who had opened the Email Broadcast?

Yes, we do have a function to view the statistics for Email Broadcast.

Can I increase the amount of email sent for each month?

Yes, you can request for add on from our Strive Team.

How long does business initiated message and user initiate message that cost?

The message will last for 24 hours.

What is the difference of business initiate message and user initiate message?

User-initiated: A conversation that initiates in response to a user message. Whenever a business replies to a user within the 24 hour customer service window, that message will be associated with a user-initiated conversation. Businesses can send free-form messages within this 24 hour customer service window.

Business-initiated: A conversation that initiates from a business sending a user a message outside the 24 hour customer service window. Messages that initiate a business-initiated conversation will require a message template.

Does the credit for WA Personal expire monthly if it there is remaining credit?

Nope, the credit does not expire. The remaining credit will be brought forward to the next month.

How much does it credit does it cost to send out a WA Personal Broadcast?

It costs 3 credit for text only message while it costs 9 credit for a message with text and media

Can you split the WhatsApp message into many messages before sending them?

No, we do not have this function.

Is the extra cost or credit to send out Chatbot message?

No, the messages that are sent out via Chatbot is free.
