Get To Know Our Dashboard Module

Here's a quick look at how our dashboard looks. There are three main section in the dashboard. The first one is about the dashboard metric of a summary about your contacts.

In the second section, you will be able to select the KPI board that you have selected to view the statistics.

If you are the admin of the organisation, you are able to view the KPI boards that are owned by your organisation user.

There are 8 crucial information or short summary of the board is shown below the selection of KPI board:

  1. Number of contact added (based on the owner of the account)

  2. Number of touchpoint added (based on the owner of the account)

  3. Number of email sent in the last 30 days (based on the owner of the account)

  4. Total value of deal closed in the last 30 days*

  5. Longest deal closed duration in the last 30 days*

  6. Shortest deal closed duration in the last 30 days*

  7. Highest deal value closed in the last 30 days*

  8. Lowest deal value closed in the last 30 days*

The information that are marked with * are generated based on the KPI board that you have selected.

Our Strive Selling Index (SSI) chart illustrates the closing rate per day chart which is calculated with the formula below:

The SSI is calculated and reflected based on the KPI board that you have selected.
