Setup

Introduction

This module is for you to set up your devices to be able to used the device number to blast out WhatsApp messages via Broadcast and Campaign.

How To Link Device

Step 1: Click on Link Device

Step 2: Open your WhatsApp and scan the QR code

Then viola! Your device is linked to the WA Personal.

If you are unable to find how to scan QR code on your device, click on "How to Scan?" button as shown in the image below to view the steps.

Device Privacy

If you would like to make your device private, you can click on the lock icon in the Action column.

Private devices will not be visible to your organisation user and they are not able to use the device to blast out WhatsApp Broadcast and Campaign messages.

Public devices are visible to all the organisation user and the number can be used by your organisation user to blast out WhatsApp Broadcast and Campaign messages.

You can only configure the privacy of the device that you have link and not the device that is linked by your other organisation user.

Delete Linked Device

To delete the linked device, just cilck on the trash can icon in the Action column.

Chatbot Enable/Disable

The number of chatbot that you can enable is specified at the table column header for Chatbot. To enable the device for chatbot, just click on the icon as shown in the image below.
