Broadcast

Introduction

In this module, you are able to blast out WhatsApp messages from the phone numbers that you have linked in the Setup module.

Create Broadcast

Step 1: Click on Create

Step 1 to Create Broadcast

Step 2: Fill in the required details

Step 3: Select either Save Draft or Send Broadcast

Step 3 to Create Broadcast

Edit Broadcast

Step 1: Click on the Pencil Icon of the Broadcast

Step 2: Edit the broadcast as needed

Step 3: Select either Update Broadcast or Update Broadcast & Reblast to all

Delete Broadcast

Method 1: Via Delete Icon

Click on the red trash can icon in the Action column

Method 2: Via Select and Delete Selected

Step 1: Select the boxes of the broadcast

Step 2: Click on Delete Selected
