Introduction

Forgot when is your contact's most special day of the year? We have you covered. When you add in your contact's date of birth, your contact will be shown here according to their birth month. At 8 am, you will receive an email notifying that it is the contact's birthday. At the top right corner, you will be able to see the Birthday Reminder option to configure your reminder notification.

There are three options :

• All Birthday Reminders : Able to receive birthday email for contact's owned by you and your organisation users

• Only My Birthday Reminders : Able to receive birthday email for contact's owned by you

• No Birthday Reminder : Will not receive birthday email

We have a few automation that might come in handy for you when it is your contact's birthday. The automation component includes adding the contact into email campaign, WA Personal campaign, WA API campaign, create to-do task and create touchpoint.
