The major function of the Contact List sub-module is to organise your contacts into groups for easier email or Whatsapp message sending.
Currently, we have three types of contact lists:
Normal
Email Mailing List
WA API Mailing List.
All three types can send email or Whatsapp as normal but there are special functions for Email Mailing List and WA API Mailing List. These two types acts as mailing list thus allowing your audience to unsubscribe.
Benefits of using Mailing List:
To reduce the chances of your Email bounce or WhatsApp failure to sent.
To reduce the chances of being reported as spam.
To prevent your WhatsApp account quality from reaching medium or low.
