The main function of our KPI Pipeline is to track your sales progress. You may ask what does KPI stands for? KPI is the short form for Key Performance Index.
Once you click on Pipeline, you will be able to view a page like below. You will be able to view all your KPI boards that you have created on the top and if you are a member of another board, it will be shown in the Shared Board located below My Board.
There are four fields that you are required to fill in.

Here, you will be able to select a board and its date interval to generate a summary of the board within the date range. If you are an admin of the organisation, you will be able to view all the board owned by your organisation members. However, if you are an admin, you will be able to view the boards you created and the boards that you are a member of.
For an easier view of the summaries, I will split the summaries into five parts.
We have extracted eight short summaries from the board to be displayed. The summaries are longest deal closed duration, shortest deal closed duration, sales generated, number of deals added, number of deals won, number of deals lost, highest deal closed value and lowest deal closed value.
The left section for deals in stages displays the number of deals in its respective stages. In contrast, the right section is for the deal won breakdown but it is in working progress.
It shows how long has the deal been in the stage
Conversion rate from one stage to the next stage from start date to end date.
The touchpoint that you have added in the deal will be shown here.
With our group report function, you will be able to see a summary of how many deals were successfully closed and the total value of the deals that were closed within the date range that you specified.
Our group report has three types of view.
Users View : Report generated for each user
Companies View : Report generated based on the companies linked to the board
Group of Companies View : Report generated based on the group linked to the board
For all three categories stated above, you are able to set the start date and end date for the time range to display the report.
In this view, you will be able to view all your organisation users and admin.
Both admins and users are able to view all the member's performance. When you click on a user's name, you will be able to view their board, total value closed and total deal closed. In one glance, you will be able to view which user has contributed how much.
In order to generate the report according to the company, you will need to link the board to the company at the board setting. Each board can be linked to one company. If the company is linked to multiple boards, you will be able to view all the board that it is linked when you click on the company's name in the companies view.
This view works similarly like Companies View where you will need to ensure your board is linked to a company. However, instead of showing individual companies, it shows the group of board that you have created in the Contact Company sub-module and its companies in under the group. The companies breakdown based on the group can be seen in the image below.
